Two developments in China, one of 80 homes and one of 2000 homes.
The energy strategy was developed in association with the architects.
The aim was to achieve zero net carbon emissions from the development
using an appropriate combination of low energy building form, efficient
heating and air conditioning, and supply of energy from renewable sources.
